Order

Your prescribing physician fills out an electronic prescription form. After receiving your prescription from your physician, we will send you payment instructions to the email address that you have shared with your physician and agreed to us using to communicate about the treatment process. As soon as you have paid for the treatment process and accepted our terms and conditions, we will send the Re5 treatment equipment directly to your home. The treatment equipment comes physically in a small suitcase that contains everything you need to get started.

Payment

The Re5 depression treatment costs DKK 14,750 and includes rental of treatment equipment and technical support throughout the 2-month treatment period. Payment is made in advance via the payment link provided and the following payment solutions can be used: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, American Express and UnionPay.

Delivery

You will then receive the Re5 equipment within a week in a small transport case, packed in a cardboard box. In the cardboard box you will find a prepaid return label that you must use when you have finished your treatment period and you must return the equipment to us. Therefore, keep both the cardboard box and the return label. Shipping fees are included in the rental price. The delivery time is 1-3 working days from the time of ordering. 

Duty of care

From the time you receive the equipment until you hand it over for shipment in connection with the return, you are obliged to handle and store the equipment with care, and in accordance with the instructions you receive in writing. It is your responsibility if the equipment is damaged due to your neglect of your duty of care. However, you are not responsible for accidental damage.

Return

Once you have completed your treatment course, you must send the equipment back to Re5. Pack the equipment in the suitcase and the suitcase in the cardboard box in which you received it. Order a return shipment on our return portal and drop off the equipment at your nearest parcel shop. The equipment must be returned to us no later than 70 days after you received the equipment. The equipment must be sent to the following address:

By prior arrangement, it is also possible to physically deliver the equipment to our address.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to cancel from the date of receipt of the Re5 equipment. The notice of cancellation must be sent to info@re5.com within this period. The item must be returned in its original packaging and securely packed within a further 14 days. If you have used the Re5 equipment, the right of cancellation is waived. In the event of cancellation, the Re5 equipment must be sent to (and otherwise follow the return procedure as described above):

Right of complaint

You have a right of complaint for the rented Re5 equipment throughout your treatment period. The right of complaint only applies to technical faults and defects in the equipment. Information and the wish to exercise the right of complaint must be provided within a reasonable time after you have discovered the fault. There is no right of complaint regarding the clinical results of your treatment, and all matters regarding this must be addressed to the prescribing physician who has clinical responsibility for your treatment.

In order for the complaint to be processed, it must be justified and not arise as a result of incorrect use of the Re5 equipment or other damaging behavior. Justified complaints will be refunded including reasonable shipping costs.

If you wish to make a complaint, the Re5 equipment must be sent securely packaged with purchase data (e.g. copy of order confirmation, as received by e-mail) and the reason for the complaint, cf. the return procedure as described above and to the following address:
