About Us

Re5 ApS ("Re5", "we" or "us") offers T-PEMF technology ("Re5 treatment device", "the product") for the treatment of depression and other research purposes, as well as related services. Our company is registered in Denmark, and our headquarters is located at Niels Ebbesens Vej 31, 1902 Frederiksberg C.

Our Services

Re5 markets depression treatment courses prescribed by authorised physicians. We provide technical support and guidance on the use of our devices. Clinical responsibility for treatment lies with the prescribing physician. Re5 is responsible for ensuring that our devices function technically correctly and comply with applicable standards. Clinical responsibility and the patient's treatment plan are the responsibility of the prescribing physician

Division of Responsibility

Re5 is responsible for the technical operation and support of our devices, while clinical treatment and assessment are managed by the prescribing physician. Any questions regarding the clinical aspects of treatment should be directed to your physician.

Third-Party Software

We use third-party software such as the payment solution Stripe and the CRM system HubSpot for various functions, including payment and data management. Re5 is not responsible for third-party software, but we ensure that these providers meet our security standards.

Intellectual Property Rights

All material on our services is protected by copyright and other rights. You may not modify, distribute, or use material without our written permission.

Changes

We regularly update our services and reserve the right to change content at any time without notice. We assume no responsibility for temporary unavailability of our services.

Limitation of Liability

We therefore recommend that the Re5 treatment device is not used near other sensitive electronics, such as pacemakers, hearing aids, or other medical devices, as this may cause malfunction or damage to the Re5 device and/or these devices. Use of other electronics near the Re5 treatment device is at your own risk. Re5 holds a commercial and product liability insurance policy that covers damages that may arise from the use of the Re5 treatment device. The insurance covers cases where personal injury or property damage occurs as a result of defects or faults in the device that are covered by the insurance. This provides you with additional security, as you can rest assured that any claims covered by the insurance will be handled in accordance with applicable insurance terms.
